The amount of time I spend each week reviewing what they have done and pointing out to them the errors that they have done in the building of my house is unacceptable. Unfortunately, they have no customer service and you have to continuously chase them down to fix things and to get some type of response.
They just don't care. I have built several homes and this is the worst experience I have had.
I have two until I close and if I could have gotten my deposit back I would have walked away. It's that frustrating to deal with them.
