So every winter, I renew my disgust with Pulte when my Master Shower freezes. My home is 7 years old, moved in brand new. The list of problems is endless of which I have complained about here before. Just renewing my complaint that Pulte in Sacramento to this day has done nothing to fix my shower, save for sending out a few people who scratched their heads and have no idea why my pipe freezes.

My neighbor's kitchen pipes freeze every winter also.

Last night? 20 degrees. Really? Pipes freezing in 20 degree weather in a new home?

DON"T BUY PULTE!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Incase you were unaware, water freezes at 32 degrees. Leaving the faucets drip at night is a well known practice during freezing temps.

I'm in Detroit -15 degrees this winter none of my pipes froze in my 130 year old home. We probably had 10 days in a row that the high did not get above 20 degrees.

In an occupied heated home pipes should not freeze in Sacramento in 10 million years.
