I am a Realtor in Denver and own a Pulte home, and have also sold Pulte Homes in the area. I have a roof leak claim that Pulte has denied.

The two customers I sold a Pulte home to have also had roof leakage problems. There are reports of roof leakage problems with Pulte all over the Internet. If you are contemplating a purchase with Pulte homes, I urge you to reconsider; it's just not worth it.

Get you money and get out of there as fast as you can. They don't stand behind their product and look for every opportunity to deny your claim; Buyer Beware!
