Pulte employee controlled BOA picks Cusick Mgmt for HOA, approves ACC requests AGAINST the controlling docs, picks the majority BOD homeowners BEFORE letting the homeowners pick two (minority)....then it happens.
A homeowner gets approval for a do-it-yourself landscape & he digs up the sod on the backyard slope. He added large border rocks (prohibited), causing flooding in my yard & the common area. I submitted two BOD requests to call homeowner to a hearing & was ignored. We contacted Cisco Garcia & team who stated he did not want to get involved.The Homowner BOD states Pulte gave the approval & it stands...remember the majority was picked by Pulte.
Here's the kicker...Cisco Garcia severed ties w/ Caryn Cusick b/c of the anomosity created between homeowners & Pulte over a number of issues in the Springview Meadows neighborhood in Ft Mill, SC...near Carolina Orchards. As a matter of fact, Pulte put up a big CC sign on OUR PROPERTY before turning over the HOA!
Now we as homeowners are left to spend our money on attorneys when the Springview Meadows BOD should be working for homeowners...NOT PULTE.
