What hasn't happened but the last thing is went to put in my screen door and they didn't but all the hardware in the frame. I told the builder and said he would get it fixed right away.

I never heard back from him for a week and half so i sent another request. This time he said he would call the company and give them an ear full. 3 weeks later still no door and Michael has not called me back after another service request. Pluto all they care about is putting up garbage and not follow through with anything.

I had issues with this new contractor and he has not done anything to fix any of my issues. I had to do most of my work which was suppose to be done on the 11 month walk thru which didn't happen until 15 month mark since Michael couldn't keep up with everything.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Cheap materials used, Contractors always unavailable or on vacation, Once they have your money they do not care about you, Minimum quality building materials, Service requests.
