DO NOT BUY FROM PULTE!!! We have had issue upon issue since signing our contract.

They may seem like a good deal at first, but the option selection and pricing is terrible. You can find better builders for a comparable price that has much more included in their standard base price. Do not make the same mistake we did. I have never been so livid with a company until now.

Our sales rep has provided misleading information and lacked responsiveness and communication from the beginning. No one seems to know what they are doing from sales to the design center to the mortgage group. No one cares once they have your money. In addition to the terrible customer experience, the quality of construction is very poor.

Every time we visited our house, pipes and outlets were in the wrong places, the walls and ceilings were noticeably uneven, windows weren't installed straight, we had water coming in after it was roofed and bricked, and to top it all off, we found beer bottles scattered around the site. I can go on and on with each individual issue we have had as well as our experience trying to talk to anyone in the corporate office. Please heed our warning, because I read some reviews before we went with Pulte, and I should've listened.

Instead, we thought they were rare cases, but sadly after speaking to some soon to be neighbors, we found it was pretty common at least in this community of Canyon Falls outside of Dallas, TX. Do not fall victim too.
