I recently purchased a new Townhome in Brookhaven Crossing. During the Sales Process and just prior to closing, a commitment was made to complete a punch list of repairs and to follow up at 30 days (in writing) to make any additional corrections to the home. To date,...

Pulte will wow you with their models and suck you into a purchase. They are extremely proud of their designs. Designs are nice, but there is a whole lot more to building and selling a great home. They FAIL in my opinion. Pulte is not transparent at all. Delay, delay,...

They are not worth the money. Also they share one of the worst reputation in the market because of their cheap practices. You will be buying Cheapest quality for highest price. This should explain it all. They are only after you Ernest money and will try to sell you at...

You are absolutely right! I had the displeasure of working for this company. If home buyers really really knew how bad Pulte's work ethics are they would not buy from them.

The home buying process is very disorganized! My husband/ myself agree w/ couple who submitted their complaints (November 2014). We bought here but not sure we'd do it again. "Corporate run-around" voiced many times. We 've made friends with several of the...

When we decide to build our home we had a few things that we wanted done as part of the initial construction to avoid costly work after the construction was done. Specifically we want a drain pipe located in the basement mechanical room, couple of runs of flex pipe...

We bought in Del Webb Lake Oconee in 2009, expecting Del Webb quality construction and Del Webb managerial philosophy. Instead we are stuck with Pulte "cut every corner we possibly can" and "let's treat all home buyers like *** misbehaving little kids". Pulte...

It sounds like Pulte is running their home building business like a Ponzi scheme. Is there any State Attorney Generals out there, anywhere, interested in prosecuting?

Water Pipe Leak Review

Pulte Homes
#537016
Water pipes keep breaking. Advised during repairs of code violations - not the first time. No, or improper insulation in walls and around windows. Wish I never bought a Pulte home and never will again. Anyone considering a Pulte home should be available during construction to sit on site and watch everything they do because they skimp, lie and cheat.
