Pulte has the worst customer service of any company I have ever purchased from, and unfortunately this was the biggest and most expensive purchase I have ever made. They made so many mistakes in building my home as well as others in my neighborhood, I don't have enough space to list it all here.

And I understand the mistakes, but their customer service sucks....the customer for them is never right. Do not buy from them! They will not repair dry wall, that they have repaired before because it is outside of an 11 month ownership period. My shower is moldy, it won't go away, because they caulked it improperly.

Granite was not sealed. 1/2 wall upstairs is not stable...if someone pushes on it, they will fall to the first floor and Pulte will have a lawsuit on their hands. Appliances have been installed crooked. Backsplash was missing grout.

My floors had to be refinished 3 times, they messed them up so badly. My sidewalk and driveway are crumbling in less than a year. So many other problems and I have had to fight to get items fixed, and some they will not fix.

They are the worst and I can't believe they have been around for so long with the way they deal with customers who have made the largest most expensive purchase of their life. Such a dissapointment!

I feel your pain!! Our issues started on night #1.

Pulte has also joined forces with Centex. Ugh!


Since purchasing our home from pulte in Berkshire forest we have had one problem after another! After only 3years the roof and guttering has had to be replaced plus many other issues. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
